Current AI usage
Where and how AI is already entering day-to-day work.
Tier 1 assessment
The AI Sustainability Governance Audit creates an organized view of current use and the governance capacity needed to support responsible, useful adoption.
The purpose
AI governance should match the organization’s real exposure, capacity, and mission, not a generic policy template.
The Tier 1 audit is a practical starting point for identifying gaps, clarifying questions, and defining a proportionate roadmap.
A focused first engagement
Make one administrative AI decision with a clearer view of the evidence, oversight and next steps. We review one workflow and one AI vendor or product with your decision-maker.
Proposed fixed fee: $4,500. We confirm fit, scope and actual dates before an engagement is agreed.
Plan for approximately three weeks after agreed inputs and a delivery slot are confirmed. This limited diagnostic is distinct from the full Tier 1 audit. Implementation, system access, legal opinions, security testing, certification and ongoing monitoring are outside its scope.
Nine audit lenses
Where and how AI is already entering day-to-day work.
Whether expectations, ownership, and escalation paths are defined.
Where review is required and how accountability remains with people.
What types of organizational information may enter AI systems.
Where adoption creates hidden review, correction, or documentation work.
How approved uses, exceptions, decisions, and incidents are recorded.
Where errors or overreliance could create meaningful operational consequences.
Whether people understand tool limits, appropriate uses, and review obligations.
The practical capacity to adopt governance and sustain it over time.
This audit does not provide legal certification, cybersecurity certification, regulatory approval, or fully automated conclusions. Findings depend on information made available, professional judgment, and organizational context.
Preliminary readiness questionnaire
Answer a short series of questions about current tools, policies, data practices, human review, training, concerns, and desired outcomes.
A useful first step
A fit conversation can help determine whether a readiness review, policy engagement, staff education, or Tier 1 audit is the right next step.
