Privacy Policy

This policy describes information handled through the T. Albert website. It does not apply to information managed under a separate consulting agreement.

Information collected

The inquiry form collects the contact, organization, service interest, challenge, timeframe, and contact preference information you choose to provide. The AI Readiness Questionnaire collects your responses, preliminary result, and contact information. The field-notes signup collects an email address, optional name, consent time, status, and signup source. Basic technical information may also be processed as needed to operate and protect the site.

How information is used

Inquiry and readiness information is used to review fit, prepare for a conversation, provide the requested preliminary site result, respond to requests, and manage authorized follow-up. Subscriber information is used to maintain the field-notes list and support future resource communications. The site does not offer a public subscriber or submission directory.

Minimal collection

Please provide only the information needed for your request. Do not submit passwords, payment details, medical or student information, Social Security numbers, confidential personnel records, controlled building information, or other unnecessary sensitive data through these forms.

Storage, access, and retention

Structured form and signup records are stored in the site's private data system. Access is limited to people authorized to review and follow up on the request. Information is retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose, reasonable business records, security, or applicable obligations, then removed or de-identified when appropriate.

Requests and choices

You may request access, correction, or removal of information you submitted by emailing terrance@talbertsustainability.com. Newsletter subscribers may use the same address to request removal. T. Albert may need enough information to identify the relevant record and protect it from unauthorized requests.

Updates

This policy may be updated as the site and its services change. A revised effective date will be shown on this page.
