Origin

From graduate capstone to an independent practice.

T. Albert began in Terrance Jenkins's Arizona State University graduate capstone and developed into a practice connecting facilities, construction, sustainability, education, and responsible AI.

The through line is practical stewardship: understand the operating system, make risk and evidence visible, and create a path people can actually carry forward.
